# Community and Governance Community Involvement

Nebula AI Launchpad emphasizes community engagement, allowing NAI token holders to participate in the governance process. This includes voting on:

•       Project Listings: Token holders can approve or reject new projects seeking funding.

•       Development Priorities: Community members can propose features and improvements to the platform.

## DAO Structure

By 2025, Nebula AI Launchpad plans to transition to a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), empowering the community to take ownership of the platform’s future. Token holders will have voting rights on key decisions, creating a truly decentralized governance model.
